Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any wig purchases — including ready-to-wear units and custom orders. Each wig is made or selected with care, and we ask that you consider your order carefully before purchasing.

Custom wigs are created to your specifications and require a 4–6 week turnaround from the date of purchase. This allows time for sourcing, crafting, and quality checks. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to supplier or shipping circumstances beyond our control, but we will always aim to keep you informed.

By purchasing from HIMBO Hair, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or chargebacks submitted in contradiction to this policy.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. While we cannot offer refunds, we will assess the situation and may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees applied by local authorities. HIMBO Hair is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.

Delays & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, HIMBO Hair is not responsible for delays or lost parcels. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll assist in resolving the matter with the courier.
