Custom and Duties

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties or fees applied by local authorities. Himbo Hair Ltd is no liable for any delays caused by customs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be liable for any re-delivery costs.

Delays and Lost Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Himbo Hair is not responsible for delays or lost parcels. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll assist in resolving the matter with the courier.
